Dan Terry is wonderful. His entire staff (especially Ginger!!) were so kind and patient with us while we navigated a very tricky real estate matter. They went above and beyond. There is no one like them!

An underwriter named Susan emailed us the day prior to closing saying she needed information the day prior to closing and she was at a funeral the day prior to closing and couldn’t be reached. Couldn’t close on our house that week because of it. That’s all I have to say.

Slowest and most ridiculous attorney in NC. No one should be having to wait days upon days to receive their funds from a closing. Run away from this law firm unless you want to allow them to make money off of your money.
