I have worked with Ms Morfitt of Lutz Law on a number of times on cases where she is counsel for 1 party and I'm the realtor helping sell the home. Each time we've worked together, I've been impressed! What I find most impressive is how she is able to explain the situation to her client in a way that evokes logic and fairness rather than ruffled feathers. Kelsey Morfitt represented me and helped lead me to successfully being granted to relocate with my child. I was able to communicate with her easily through email, phone and in person. All questions and concerns I had were responded to and answered quickly.

I hired David Lutz November of 2022, and I’m grateful for the hard work he and his paralegal Jill have put into my case. My case was an adequate cause case which wasn’t a simple case. While we are still waiting for settlement and trial, I can confidently say that Mr. Lutz has listened to my concerns and advised me throughout this entire difficult and stressful process. Not only was I granted adequate cause, but also granted full custody with supervised visits for the other party. I contacted Lutz Law about a parenting situation with my child's mother. Roger Schweinler heard my case, was very respectful, and very real about what I should expect in terms of outcomes. Throughout the case Kyra Warner, Roger's paralegal, was very responsive in relaying information from Roger and about my case. This was very helpful because I did not have to question where the case was at during any given time. In the end Roger came through on our initial discussion and got the plan I was looking for.
