I was made aware of FourScore by a friend of mine who is an attorney. Consultation with JR went very well. I was excited to do business with FourScore. Unfortunately, expectations and the timeline discussed and agreed upon during consultation could not be met. I was left with a vague “I should be able to look at your contract” statement after following up by phone to ask JR for an update. The admin was also unaware of the payment structure discussed during my consultation which caused further delay. I absolutely understand that people get busy. But if you can’t meet the quick turnaround time on a task that was already agreed upon you have to make the client aware right away so they can decide how best to proceed.
